Each center cut bone in pork chop is cut 1 1/2″ thick. Skilled butchers then carefully cut a pocket into each pork chop allowing them to be fully stuffed and seasoned with La Boucherie’s spice blend. Choose between one of our four homemade stuffings. Easy to bake or slow cook on a grill, these pork chops can are a Cajun classic!  (Priced by the pound.)
