Our Crawfish Étouffée is straight from our Grandma’s recipe and is loaded with crawfish! An onion and butter mixture is simmered for hours, thickened with a blonde roux, then seasoned to perfection.

Each quart serves approx. 4 people

Heat and serve over white rice. (not included)
