Chicken Stuffed with Shrimp & Sausage Jambalaya
Deboned chickens with our Grandma’s stuffings helped to create La Boucherie. Young tender chickens are carefully deboned by hand and then filled with one of our homemade stuffings. After being stitched back together with butcher twine, the chickens are seasoned to perfection with our special seasoning. They are easy to bake and serve and can be cut into sections like a cake, which creates an impressive presentation.
