Turporken

La Boucherie’s Turporken is an adaptation of the Turducken. La Boucherie created the Turporken as an option for those who prefer pork instead of duck. A succulent young turkey is deboned, all except for the wings, then seasoned with La Boucherie’s seasoning blend. The turkey is then stuffed with layers of pork loin basted with honey butter, seasoned boneless chicken and one of La Boucherie’s homemade stuffings of your choice. So easy to bake and serve. Slice through it like a cake!
