Chicken & Sausage Gumbo

La Boucherie’s gumbos are made with a dark roux (Lafayette style – not too thick).  We use hens for our chicken gumbo so the meat holds up during the stewing process and adds a rich flavor! Traditionally served with rice. (Not included)

Each quart serves 2-3 people
